Organizational Change

There are many reasons why an organization may become stuck. While most of these reasons are beyond our control, it is crucial to address those that can be influenced, even though they may be challenging.

Those who have had the opportunity to learn about Change Management or lead such processes understand that communication is key. Organizational Change must be tailored to each situation, requiring persistence and the resolution of several difficult issues. The primary goal should be the sustainability of the company, which can sometimes conflict with the personal goals of individuals.

Does this mean that change involves discarding the old and focusing solely on the new? No. The existing elements often have value; they may become successful legacy product lines or valuable assets to be sold.

With change, everything is subject to transformation. Every aspect must be examined, and all components need to be revitalized.

It is logical to think that change can be managed internally. However, the most successful change processes are often guided by external experts, leading to new structures and, sometimes, new leadership.
